If you've chosen the Certificate stage here's how to get involved.

The Certificate in Corporate Finance is awarded by the Securities and Investment Institute. The Certificate is mandatory for all candidates unless you are within an Exempt category (see below).

Registrations for the Certificate in Corporate Finance should be made through the Securities and Investment Institute.

Exempt categories

A full exemption to holders of an FSSC Appropriate Examination for advising on investments in the course of corporate finance business, e.g.

  • SII Certificate in Corporate Finance
  • ACA qualification
  • Stock Exchange Registered Representative Examination
